Every one of our accommodations tells a story of the Sicilian countryside. The apartments are the result of a careful restoration of the ancient dwellings once belonging to the mezzadri—the "secret keepers" of the land and its harvests—who for centuries cultivated these fields under the traditional sharefarming (mezzadria) agreement, based on a deep-rooted bond of shared fruits between landowner and farmer.Our rooms, meanwhile, have been masterfully converted from the estate’s historic stables. Today, these spaces are cozy retreats where modern technology seamlessly blends with timeless charm, preserving the soul of a place where history continues to breathe.
